Another sunny day with a cool morning breeze. We rode through a large forest this morning so lots of shade. Then, we rode beside the Rhine River for a short while. There was more water traffic today with a Viking cruise ship moored at Germersheim. Then, we rode around a huge Mercedes-Benz plant.

We approached the town of Speyer which has a large Technic Museum with a full sized Boeing 747 mounted on a platform. Quite a sight!!

We arrived at our campsite about 2:40. We were very glad to be done biking as it became very hot this afternoon, up to 35C.

We got a few groceries, went for a swim in the lake and had a cold one at the bar.
