It was a warm night. We got up early so that we could get an earlier start and finish earlier than usual. The forecast is hot and sunny.

Our plans have changed for this part of the trip. We have decided not to go to Luxembourg after hearing from other bike tourers. Given the hilly terrain to get to Luxembourg and the warm forecast, we decided to take the easier (but longer) route and continue south to bypass the Ardenne hills.

So, we rode along the Meuse River again today. it was a little different terrain with rolling countryside and not steep cliffs at the river's edge like we had yesterday.

We arrived in the Mouzon campground about 1 pm, hot and tired, we rested for a bit before heading out for groceries, we rode through the cute little town of Mouzon with an Abby and church as the focal point. Once back at the campground, a large number of people showed up and set up their tents. It turns out that they are a large family with a lot of kids, perhaps a family reunion. Hoping all will be quiet tonight.
