Surprisingly, we slept well. It was quiet and calm all night.

Once again the forecast is hot and sunny today so we got up early again and we rode away from the campground at 8:15. The route took us on rolling hills (not too big!), beautiful countryside and small villages for most of the ride. We stopped in a small village that had a potable water fountain and a picnic table for our snack.

We arrived at Camping Lac Verte Plage about 1245. There aren't many campers yet but we suspect that it will fill up tonight.

Mary and I swam in the lake to cool off and then we got a beer and rested for awhile in a roofed picnic table right beside our campsite.

A quiet afternoon and evening.
