We went to the majestic Parliament buildings this morning. We walked around the outside and took lots of pictures of the richly decorated building. This is the 3rd largest parliament in the world and its construction was paid by the Austrian government. It dominates the riverfront and is particularly beautiful lit up at night.

We walked through Liberty Square with many old and beautiful buildings and green space.

We noticed that you can take guided tours to see this city in so many different ways- boat, bus, bicycle, foot and segway! And in any language!

We had some Hungarian goulash which we thought would be like a stew. No, it's more like a thick soup. Tasty though!

We feel that we had a good visit to Budapest, and agree that this is the nicest city that we have visited so far!
