After a nice breakfast at the hotel, we went to the Gouda Cheese Experience. This was an excellent interactive display of the history of gouda cheese and the cheese making process.

We checked out of the hotel around 12 noon and headed towards Utrecht. The ride was beautiful with lots of farmland, manicured homes and lush green gardens. The bike path was smooth and flat easy riding. We started using the Fietsknoop node system to navigate, which turned out to be very easy to follow. The system is throughout The Netherlands and Belgium.

We arrived at our campsite (called Between Heaven and Earth!!) and set up camp. We managed to finish dinner before a rain storm started around 8 pm. More rain.....
