It rained most of the night but we woke up to sunny skies, We let our tarp and tent fly dry up before we packed it up for the day.

We had a pleasant day of bike riding, flat and mostly paved surfaces. The signage for Eurovelo 4 was good so we didn't have to stop and consult our phones too often. Lovely countryside riding. Our first stop was in Fort Mahon near the beach. A large market on the main street leading to the beach was happening in town with all sorts of vendors.

We stopped to look at the beach which is very wide and very long.

We stopped about 10 km down the bike trail for lunch. Then, we found our destination campground about 8 km further down, a lovely modern facility geared towards family vacations with a pool and kids activities.
