It rained quite hard overnight and continued to rain, off and on, all morning. So, we stayed put until it stopped around noon hour, and then we biked into downtown Haarlem to check out the market and the downtown area. We rode on bike paths all the way to the core of the downtown. Being a Saturday and a market day, it was very busy with bikes and people everywhere. It was very windy with sidewalk restaurant tables and chairs toppling over as well as parked bikes and other things strewn all over the streets.

We picked up some groceries and made our way back to our campsite and had some supper.

The campsite's restaurant was playing the Euro 24 soccer game on TV. We sat in there to get out of the rain, have a beer and watch the game.
