Beautiful sunny day and first day with no rain.

We decided to try to make it to a small village outside of

s-Hertogenbosch, called Den Dungen, about 85 km away. Knowing how long we had to go so we got up around 6 am and we left the campsite by 8:30 am.

We continue to use the Fietsknoop node system to navigate which helped us get to our destination without any problems. We passed by many canals and rivers. We took 3 ferries, one of which was only for bicycles. The bike paths are fabulous.

We arrived at the De Groene Donk campground on the outskirts of town, about 4 pm. A small but lovely place with a sheltered and fully equipped kitchen and sitting area.

Once we set up, we rode into Den Dungen for groceries.

The weather forecast for tomorrow is heavy rain all day so we decided to book another night at this campground.
