Planned a short day of cycling. Left around 1030 am. Bike path smooth asphalt to start. Then turned to single track dirt. However, followed the Loire with beautiful views through farmland. Arrived at campground about 2 pm at 25 km mark. Set up camp and then took a stroll through the streets of Oudon which was developed around an 11th century medieval defensive castle. Counted at least 3 bakeries (picked up a baquette) and found a tiny little road called Rue des Pecheurs. Beautiful sunny and breezy day, not too hot.
